CDW superconductor

電荷密度波CDWが観測される物質で、低温で超伝導を示すもの。CDWSTM、電気抵抗、lattice distortion などで観測される。表はA.M.Gabovich & A.I.Voitenkoのレビュー(Low Temp.Phys., 26(2000)305)に若干の追加を行ったものである。

P:圧力下測定(Aambient)、Tc:超電導遷移温度、s/c-gap:超電導ギャップ、TdCDW転移温度、CDW-gapCDWギャップ。method:測定法法(R: resistance, TP: thermopower, RH: Hall effect, C: specific heat, TE: thermal expansion, MR: magnetoresistance, STM: scanning tunnel microscopy, NS: neutron scattering, TS: tunneling, ORS: optical reflection, PCS: point contact, OTS: optical transmission spectroscopy
